What to Expect
This 4-day immersive retreat offers a carefully paced journey to help your nervous system downshift from daily life.
You'll arrive Thursday evening for light bites and community connection. Over the following days, expect guided practices—breathwork with Marcus, soundbath and reiki with Carly, and somatic pattern work with Christina—balanced with generous unstructured time for rest and integration.
Mornings begin gently with optional movement and nourishing breakfast. You'll have time for journaling, inner child art work, and connecting with nature at the Red Rocks. Evenings include sharing circles, s'mores, and gentle closing rituals.
This isn't a retreat that will pack your schedule. It's spacious by design. Expect to exhale, to feel held, and to remember what your body feels like when it's not braced for the next thing.

Set Intentions & Reflect

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
