1. INTUITIVE & TAROT READINGS
Tarot, astrology, intuitive readings, and other spiritual services provided by Spiritual Strategist are intended for personal insight, reflection, education, and entertainment purposes.
Readings explore themes, patterns, possibilities, and potential outcomes based on the information and energy available at the time of the reading. They are not guarantees or promises that a particular event will occur.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health, and other life choices.
Spiritual Strategist does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading.
2. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Spiritual Strategist is built around insight and self-trust, not outsourcing your decisions.
By purchasing a reading or service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining how, whether, and when to use the information provided.
You agree not to hold Spiritual Strategist responsible for decisions or actions you take based upon a reading, course, product, conversation, or other content.
4. THIRD-PARTY READINGS
You may ask questions involving another person, including questions regarding relationships, behaviors, intentions, or interpersonal dynamics.
Any interpretation regarding another person's thoughts, feelings, motivations, intentions, or future actions should be understood as intuitive interpretation rather than independently verified fact.
Readings should not be used as proof of another person's behavior or as a substitute for direct communication or factual evidence.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
Digital products, including but not limited to workbooks, playbooks, guides, PDFs, templates, recorded materials, and educational resources, are for the purchaser's personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, upload, copy, modify for resale, or commercially exploit any Spiritual Strategist material without prior written permission.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot practically be “returned,” all digital product sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. COURSES & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Courses and educational programs offered by Spiritual Strategist are intended for personal and educational development.
Purchasing a course does not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, financial, business, or professional result.
Course materials remain the intellectual property of Spiritual Strategist and may not be copied, distributed, recorded, shared, resold, or used to create competing educational materials.
7. BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been successfully completed and any required payment has been received.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies displayed at the time of booking are incorporated into these Terms.
By completing your booking, you agree to the policies presented during checkout.
8. REFUNDS
Except where otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, purchases of completed readings, delivered digital products, downloaded materials, and other services that have already been substantially performed are non-refundable.
Any separate refund, cancellation, or satisfaction policy displayed on a specific offer or checkout page will apply to that purchase.
9. PRIVATE & CORPORATE EVENTS
Spiritual Strategist may provide services for private parties, corporate events, brand events, retreats, and other gatherings.
Event bookings may be subject to separate agreements regarding deposits, cancellation, travel, minimum booking periods, attendance, scope of services, and other event-specific terms.
Where a separate written event agreement exists, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
10. PAYMENT
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when purchasing services or products.
Prices may change at any time. However, price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed unless otherwise agreed.
You may not initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a product or service that was properly delivered according to the terms disclosed at purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any legitimate rights you may have through your payment provider or applicable consumer-protection law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content associated with Spiritual Strategist, including written content, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, workbooks, graphics, branding, videos, downloads, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Spiritual Strategist and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchase of a product or service grants you access to that material. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Testimonials displayed on this website represent individual experiences.
They are not guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.
13. WEBSITE INFORMATION
