I work with women who hold a lot — responsibility, leadership, complexity — and find themselves at a crossroads where the old patterns aren’t working anymore.
My work combines strategic tarot with nervous-system-aware integration. I don’t offer predictions or quick fixes. Instead, I help surface what’s actually driving the loop, clarify the real decision underneath it, and support your body’s capacity to move forward without bracing for impact.
This work is for women who are self-aware, capable, and done outsourcing their judgment — but who recognize that meaningful change often requires a clear external mirror.
Sessions are 90 minutes and designed to support grounded, intentional choices your nervous system can actually sustain.

Tarot is used diagnostically alongside coaching to surface patterns, clarify what matters, and support intentional next steps.
Retreats
From Rest -> Reset. Retreats are centered around health, wealth and whole body holistic wellness. Currently offered once per year. Waitlist opening February 2026.
